We offer 30% on basics that can be re-sold and 50% on jackets that can be re-sold.

You will receive a gift card to use on our EMMYDEVEAUX website!

If our basics aren't washed the way we specify they will develop a chalky texture. This means you may have used detergent that doesn't work or have a top loading washing machine that has too much agitation.

We don't accept any basics that are white, or any bodysuits, hats, or toques.

We process BUYBACK submissions usually twice per week so not long after we get it!

Jackets will take 8-10 weeks to arrive.

Basics will take 4-5 weeks to arrive.

We always order extra sizes to accommodate for exchanges.

You will simply head to the return portal and request a different size!

If you don't like the item that is no problem! We will provide you a credit back to your EMMYDEVEAUX account on our regular site.
